Compared to most film and slide scanners, PrimeFilm XE Plus ensures true color reproduction using a True Color Linear CCD. It offers an operation with the holders, the latch mechanism that ensures the film is properly aligned and securely positioned when inserted into the scanner. Also, with 10,000dpi high resolution, giving the scanner the capability to capture all the details on your films and slides.
Half-Frame Supporting
The ability to take more photos on the same length of film, usually around 72 exposures or more. CyberView X developed by Pacfic Image Electronics, offers the ability to scan half-frame film.
Convenient Film Holder
Users can manually insert slide and film holders made of durable plastic with pressure strips to ensure the 135 negatives and positive slides remain flat during scanning.
True Color
Different from the DSLR or CMOS scanners using area sensors with Bayer Patters to simulate RGB, it is true RGB linear array CCD, which provides high quality scanning at space and color intensity resolution.
